We, Swaraj equipment pvt ltd, span a cycle of 3 decades making it an efficient industrial resource today in the field of waste water management. We aim at offering a wide range of solutions with regards to safeguarding, recycling, optimising and reuse of resources, directed towards addressing water challenges within India and aiming to geographically expand our global networks.
Our key competences are our growth over the years by plant-building experiences, they lie in the turnkey execution and operation of water and wastewater treatment plants for both the domestic and industrial sectors. They include process control, automation, and drive technology as well as the power supply for water treatment plants, pipeline systems, and large-scale water networks.
In short, we are a team of experts who function in the field of Design, Engineering and turnkey installation for Sewage treatment, Water treatment, Effluent treatment, Air pollution control system from concepts to commissioning. We have delivered over 1000 projects/implementations in PAN India.
Mr. K Suresh
Founder
The founder Mr. K Suresh, a renowned Mechanical Engineer back in 1980’s started his own small scale manufacturing unit as Yes Kay Engineers in the year 1987 as an ancillary to L&T Mcneil Ltd, S&S Power Switchgear Limited, Beacon Kone, etc. In 1988 an Environmental Consultant approached him for a Clarifier Mechanism- earlier, in 1980’s hardly 3 to 4 large manufacturers were only present in India, Mr. Suresh, the managing director at Swaraj Equipment Pvt Ltd now; took it as a challenge and successfully completed the Design, Manufacturing, Erection & Commissioning of a 10-meter dia Centre driver Clarifier Mechanism. He was fascinated and interested with the learning of its need and the potential of Environment protection, got enrolled in Annamalai University in 1989 for Post-Graduation in Industrial wastewater Control. His Concerns and love for the environment were beyond comprehension that he made sure to do the right business in concerns with no harm to the environment, recycling of nature’s resources, healthy living of human & mankind. His remarkable contribution is well known by the pollution control board of Tamil Nadu.
We are proud to have known as the Pioneers in Establishing the
- Reverse Osmosis for the reuse of Textile waste water since 1996
- Multiple Evaporator System for Textile waste water since 1998
- Installed Countries biggest MEE of capacity 450 KLD in 1999
- Introduced Treatment scheme for Sago Effluent adopting Anaerobic (UASBR) followed by Aerobic & Filtration, Installed more than 300 units ranging from 100 KLD to 2.0 MLD
